Marcus Johnson is a name that is well recognized in the jazz scene. He is a national recording keyboardist, entrepreneur, and NAACP Image Award nominee. His success has continuously landed him on the Billboard Contemporary Jazz Charts. Recently he formed Juris which is a collaboration with Young Pulse (a DJ and producer from Paris). My first introduction to him was at one of his live performances at the Holiday Inn’s 21st Amendment Bar & Grill, located in Washington, DC. If you ever get the chance to see him, you won’t be disappointed. MJ, we like “How You Rock”.
